A POLISHED ENGINE BAY COMMANDS ATTENTION
Pop the hood at a show and a polished engine bay stops people in their tracks. Mirror-finish valve covers, an intake manifold that reflects the surrounding components, polished brackets and accessories — it takes a clean engine bay to a different level.
At Nautical Polishing in Burleson, TX, we polish aluminum engine parts for show trucks, performance cars, and custom builds across the DFW area. We handle everything from single valve covers to complete engine bay packages with turbo, exhaust, and engine parts all done together.

Aluminum throttle bodies polished to complement a matching intake manifold for a seamless underhood look.
Pulleys & Accessory Brackets

Full Engine Bay Packages

OUR WORK
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does polishing engine parts hurt performance?
No. We only polish external cosmetic surfaces. Internal ports, machined mating faces, and precision surfaces are never touched. Performance is unaffected.
Do the parts need to be removed first?
Yes. Engine parts need to be off the vehicle for a proper polish. We need access to all external surfaces and polishing compounds can't be near engine internals.
Can you do a full engine bay at once?
Yes. We do full engine bay packages — valve covers, intake manifold, turbo compressor cover, charge pipes, brackets, and any other visible aluminum pieces all at once for a unified mirror look.
My valve covers are painted — can you polish them?
If the covers are aluminum under the paint, the paint can be removed and the aluminum polished. Call us with the specifics and we'll tell you whether they're a good candidate.
